Itrim's Meal Replacements

Itrim has its own line of meal replacements that are specifically prepared to suit Itrim's weight loss program. The program's mainstay rule is eating four regular meals a day. Three main meals and one snack.

Within the Itrim program, meal replacements are one of several tools for weight loss and maintaining a stable weight. Meal replacements, however, do not suit everyone. During the initial Health assessment, you will determine, together with your lifestyle coach, which method suits you best.
