Jordi Almeida is not just an actor, English, Spanish and drama teacher, father of twins, apartment renovator and 20 kilos (44 lbs) lighter than he was a year ago. He is not just seen carrying the blue grandfather clock in Itrim's advert "What's weighing you down?" either; he is in fact also the narrator of the same film!
Jordi played top level rugby until he was in his 20s. When he stopped playing, he carried on eating the same way he had before. Life was stressful with the twins and renovating the apartment, and he did not prioritize either himself or his health.
